Read from regulator

Sends $RAS:, $RCP:7 and $RCP:8, then rebuilds a config file from the reported values. Rebuilt files are for backup and comparison — review before loading one back.

Factory reset ($MSR:)

Restores all settings and both custom charge profiles to factory defaults, then reboots — the same as the Wakespeed app's factory reset. Useful to clear a bad or stuck configuration. Factory defaults do not suit a 48 V / BMS-controlled system: load your config before running the engine.


  1. 1 · Choose firmware

  2. 2 · Enter firmware-update (DFU) mode

    Either let this page reboot the regulator into update mode (the same command the Wakespeed app uses), or remove the cover and press-and-hold RESET for 5 seconds, then release.

    The regulator's LED stops flashing in DFU mode and it re-appears on USB as "STM32 BOOTLOADER" (0483:df11). Engine off — the alternator is not regulated while updating.

  3. 3 · Connect to bootloader & safety checks
